Based in Portland, Oregon, Occam Advisors partners with foundations, public charities, and family offices to create customized impact investing programs that align with the mission, vision, and programmatic goals of each organization. Since 2014, we have helped manage over $150 million in impact investments in the US and internationally.  While we have expertise in both concessionary and market rate investments, our specialty is building impact-first portfolios for mission driven organizations.

Through long-term relationships, our firm works alongside these organizations to create and manage each program.  The principals of Occam Advisors have over fifty years of combined experience designing, launching, and managing impact investing programs.  We have worked in philanthropy and traditional finance and understand how impact investing can dovetail with grantmaking and other philanthropic tools to accelerate positive change.
